 On Microsoft Internet Explorer included in Windows XP Service pack 2: The Pop-up Blocker is turned on by default. You may turn it off in Internet Explorer by ing Tools, Pop-up Blocker, and selecting Turn off Pop-up Blocker. Return to this Browser Check, then reload this page.
