You could be cheated by others PRETENDING to be BANDTRAX or MIDI247.

The only GENUINE BANDTRAX on-line sites are www.bandtrax.com.au, www.bandtrax.com and www.midi247.com.

Certain individuals and companies are endeavoring to emulate BANDTRAX and MIDI247, by attempting to mislead you into believing they are associated with BANDTRAX and MIDI247 or our associates, or the owners or directors of MIDI247 and BANDTRAX, by using our names or similar names and then re-directing YOU to themselves. This may be an attempt to gain your credit card details for criminal activities. In reality, only charlatans, pretenders, crooks, copiers, fakes, and followers would use such deceptive means. And if they are suggesting they have our products due to this deception, they must have obtained them illegally because we would never lower our standards to deal with these less than ethical types. If you get ensnared into one of these non-genuine sites, DON’T LET THEM OR ANY OF THEIR ASSOCIATES OR LINK SITES TAKE YOUR MONEY. By attempting to misrepresent others, how could you trust the products and services they are offering?

These types of people are hoping that the talent of others will cover for their own glaring ineptitude and failing business procedures. In a world of technical evolution, these desperados are the blue-green algae that everyone else eats and laughs at. People like them are a sad proof of the Dilbert principle. We can only speculate that these types are the few true genetic wastes of our time, making the term “business ethics” an oxymoron. There's a gigantic gray area between good moral behavior and outright felonious activities. It is called the Weasel Zone and that’s where these people exist.

These “diversionary scams” do provide some amusement to us, our clients, our legal team and other associates, who watch as these fools vainly attempt to understand the concept of "thinking for one’s self".

And don’t forget that  you could also be misrepresented if these types of creeps are not stopped.

To verify that you are being offered legitimate MIDI247 or BANDTRAX products and services, confirm that any email or site data has @midi247.com, @bandtrax.com or @bandtrax.com.au address endings only. Feel free to call and ask if necessary.

Here are a few points that these “leaches” should keep in mind.

1)       When anyone mentions MIDI247 or BANDTRAX or their affiliates, it is illegal to tell untruths, denigrate, defame and slander. The most you can say is "I prefer not to comment."  We will have people randomly contact you losers over the next couple of years to keep you honest, because we know you would be unable to do it on your own.

2)      If you decide to get cute, we will request that others take a look at your source codes to see if their names are being used in an un-authorised way. And in your vain attempt to attract clients, we do not believe it necessary for any respectable business to use other’s registered trademarks or business names in meta name keywords content. This is deceptive and now makes you repeat offenders. When you have stolen others rights to be included in your data, any “this data is copyright” messages on your sites don’t count. And don’t hurry to remove any incriminating evidence. It hangs around on cached systems for years.

3)      Advising your business “partners” on how to use our trading names to mislead clients is not only unethical, it is illegal. Even your own business acquaintances consider you people crooks.

4)      And seeing what type of non-creative garbage you people really are, you might want to have a good look at the GENUINE logo below. Try using it and you will be closed down and financially ruined without hesitation.

5)       Seek some help. If you do already have an therapist, get another. It is obvious that your type have cerebral, psychological, rational and intellectual problems.
