Privacy
	Recent changes to Privacy Laws restricts access to your personal details outside of direct business agreement operations between yourself and the business operator or representative of that business. We have always operated under those guidelines so nothing has changed for us and our clients. These new laws also restrict to who and where your details may be made available. When ordering, we ask for your name, your residential address, the delivery address, your phone number, your credit card number, expiration date and card holder's name and your email address. This information is private and kept on isolated secure systems. This information is only used for processing your order, to administer accounting and to notify you of new releases or special offers. We do not trade in personal information. The only way we have of contacting you is by you providing us those details. If you do not wish to be contacted by us, please advise us.

	Thank you for your interest in and continued support of BandTrax Australia. Currently, BandTrax Australia is a privately-held company owned by the Company's founders, Musical Instrument Distributors International (MIDI) Pty Ltd. Therefore, shares are not available for sale to the general public. Federal and State laws prohibit us from offering our share stock to the general public.
